CGI's Annual General Meeting for the year ended September 30, 2008 will be held on Tuesday, January 27, 2009, at the Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montreal.

Has CGI's stock ever split? If so when? Do you have any plans for a future stock split?

Yes, CGI's stock split 2 for 1 on four occasions: January 7, 2000; May 21, 1998; December 15, 1997 and August 12, 1997.
The Board of Directors may vote to split the stock from time to time after a period of appreciation, in order to increase market liquidity. When such a decision is made, it is announced to all shareholders in a timely fashion.

Does CGI pay a dividend? What are the expectations for future dividends?

In fiscal 2008, considering the needs of reinvestment into its operations and the size of the investment projects, the company does not expect to pay dividends. For the future, the company will evaluate annually whether or not to pay a dividend.

CGI went public on December 17, 1986 and was listed on the Montreal Exchange at an opening price of $6.50 or at a split-adjusted price of approximately 81 cents.

CGI does not have a direct stock purchase plan. Provincial regulations do not currently permit direct stock purchases in all Canadian provinces. This is being reviewed by the provincial securities commissions and we will keep you informed as to the progress on this issue. Please make any stock purchases through a registered stockbroker.
